You spent the month of February keeping track of your digital
digestion and hopefully it's give you some insight into your habits
around your personal device. Recent studies have shown that we're all
spending a lot of time passively wasting our lives away on our devices.
So for this post I want you to share a "hack" that you do, or want to
try, to cut back on your screen time and reclaim more focus in your
life. Here's some tips to get you started or give you some ideas:

A life hack I used to cut back on time on social media is putting my phone on do not disturb so I wouldn't be able to receive any calls or messages and than i listen to music because while studying it just shuts everything out
ReplyDeleteA life hack I have to cut down screen time is to turn off your phone completely. This will discipline you if you have the urge to go on your phone while doing work. This helps me stay more focused and productive.
ReplyDeleteA life hack that I use is when I'm bored I tend to go on my phone a lot probably even the whole day, so if i'm trying to cut down to much screen time, I just either watch a movie or watch YouTube on my TV. It's better than watching it on my phone in my opinion.

ReplyDeleteI life hack that I use is to make dinner before my mother comes home so that I can take a bath more earlier sop that I have more time to study because I study best at night a I feel refreshed and energized so I can achieve more information easily and effectively so that I am ready for the test or quiz the next day.

It's helpful because when the homework assignment is due, you don't have to worry and stressed to get it done last minute.

ReplyDeletea life hack that i use is i try to get out a lot so that i have an excuse not to stay home and look at my phone , because when i'm outside i observe things and take adventures . so there isn't really any reason why i would be on my phone when i am outside enjoying doing the things that i like to do . and what makes the adventures even better is when i go on them with my friends so then there is even more of a reason why i don't need to use my phone.
